Watercolorist I am a self taught watercolor artist. I have found the honesty of watercolor works well in reflecting my dry brush techniques and style. My fondness for the architecture of Southern homes of older vintage form the Antebellum to the Victoriana have them constantly on my easel. I also have found a lot of enjoyment in finding and painting the old "Cracker" homes. They are getting difficult to locate and I offer a print of any paintings of photos that are sent to me if I find the photos something I want to paint and have prints made of them. I am fortunate in that my portraits of children and pets are well received. I work primarily from photos with occasional looks at the subjects eyes. It is most unusual if I am caught up with my commissions. He does commission painting. For more information please contact the artist at: ginger00317@msn.com |
